Safar 2013

In August 2013, a group of German musicians travelled to Kabul to perform in the former royal palace in the Gardens of Babur (Bagh-e Babur). Along with Afghan musicians, the ensemble performed for 600 guests, unveiling the rich cultural heritage of the Afghan musical tradition as well as demonstrating the results of their cultural cooperation.

With the support of the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) and RBB-Kulturradio, the concert was broadcast worldwide via an audio and video livestream.
